What this website records
Last updated 1 November 2026
This notice covers the acceedo.in website only. The systems we install for customers run on their own servers, under their own agreements.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, so that we can improve it. It records:
- the pages you visit, how long you stay and how far you scroll;
- how you arrived: a search, another site or a link you followed;
- links that take you off the site, and downloads such as the Heat Treatment trial installer;
- your browser, device, screen size and language;
- an approximate location (city and country), worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself.
It sets two cookies on acceedo.in, _ga and _ga_86JXKEX05N, so that a
repeat visit can be told apart from a new one. They expire two years after your last visit. Google
processes this data for us:
how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
To stop it, block cookies for acceedo.in in your browser, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Other services the pages load
The pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, and the product pages load the code for their
slideshows from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). Your browser fetches these files directly,
so those services see your IP address and browser, as with any file a website loads. The LinkedIn,
Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to those services, and the posts on the Blog
page open on our blog at Blogger (acceedo.blogspot.com), each under its own privacy
policy.
Our web server
Like any web server, ours logs each request: the address asked for, the time, the IP address it came from and the browser's description of itself. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and keep them for a limited time.
When you contact us
The site has no forms, and the trial download needs no sign-up. If you email, call or message us, we use what you send to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry.
